Brief job description:

The incumbent's mandate is to support the service department in maintaining the quality of customer service by performing auto mechanics according to standards and protocols.

Desired characteristics:

• Experience and training in mechanics (an asset);
• Excellent physical condition;
• Good knowledge of automotive mechanics;
• In-depth knowledge and experience in repairing vehicle electronic systems;
• Diligence, punctuality and team spirit;
• Thoroughness, proactivity and attention to detail;
• Initiative and commitment to customer satisfaction;
• Respect for standards and protocols;
• Valid driver's license.

Your role:

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high quality service to internal and external customers (retail and workshop).
• Work on vehicle electronic systems.
• Participate in the cleanliness and safety of the premises.
• Perform Toyota recommended maintenance.
• Perform tire changes.
• Inspect used vehicles.
• Listen and diagnose based on customer feedback.
• Advice on repairs and carry out necessary work.
• Complete work orders.
• Notify Manager of stock shortages or when immediate attention is required for equipment or products.
• Keep abreast of all new and updated products.
• Present self in a professional manner.
• Perform any other type of work as required.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.
