While Toyota vehicles are renowned for their reliability, ECP offers reassuring mechanical coverage against unforeseen breakdowns.
PLATINUM and GOLD plans are available for flexible terms up to 7 years or 200,000 km.

Scheduled Service and Maintenance

Toyota owners who purchase an ECP plan within 31 days of the vehicle's registration date are eligible for a complimentary program that includes inspection and oil and filter services.

First-Class Roadside Assistance

ECP includes full roadside assistance, covering tire support and providing 24/7 help when needed.
This assistance can be extended beyond the initial plan for a low annual fee ($98.95 for one year or $178.95 for two years, plus taxes).

Support for the Unexpected

Tire Road Hazard Protection

This covers the cost of repairing or replacing original tires damaged by road debris or potholes (parts, labour, balancing, and applicable taxes).

Rental Vehicle Assistance

If your vehicle requires more than 8 hours of repair for a covered warranty issue, you are eligible for reimbursement of replacement transportation costs, up to $400 (up to 10 days).

Trip Interruption Assistance

If a warranty-covered repair occurs more than 80 km from your home, you may be reimbursed for hotel, meal, and transportation expenses, up to a maximum of $300.

Toyota helps you prepare for your journey with a complete planning kit, including customized maps, lists of attractions, and Toyota dealerships along your route (must be requested 10 days in advance).
